TASSEL (teaching and sharing skills to enrich lives) is a non-profit organization that aims to change the lives of citizens in rural Cambodian communities. As president of the Seoul Chapter, I visited Cambodia; I listened to family stories, distributed rice & medicine, and taught English to Cambodian children.

This project captures the complex emotions within the Cambodian community. Despite facing poverty, malnutrition, and the lasting impact of the Khmer Rouge war, Cambodia is also filled with love and a strong sense of community. The series of photographs highlights the warmth present in Cambodian communities in various settings.
